The Combi rug washing and drying machine are made for businesses that have limited or a small work space. The Combi machines are coming with a soaking tub, a water tank, a tank for detergent both with pumping system and rug trolley. The machine can be connected to the water supply of the building with valve for opening and closing the flow of water to the washing machine instead of using the water tank.

Combi is easy to operate and control:

The Combi machine control panel will allow you to control the following function by handling simple touch buttons:

  • The speed of conveyor or broad belt that rugs will be placed on for washing.
  • Forward, stop and backward movement of the conveyor.
  • Lowering and raising the disc brushes(for thin and thick rug)
  • The speed of the disc brushed moving to the right and left
  • Stopping or keeping the four disc brushed bridge stationary( for washing small rugs and runners)
  • The flow of detergent and water

Once a rug is washed it is transferred and inserted into the centrifuge with the help of rug trolley.  The rug centrifuge door have hose connector for rinsing the rug inside centrifuge while it is running at 1200 rpm. The water coming out of the centrifuge drain will be the best indicator for proper rinsing time. Once the rising is done the water is turned off and the centrifuge need to run for three minutes to extract all the water off of the rug.

The rug  coming out from the centrifuge is almost dry but moist ( If paper napkin or tissue paper is  rubbed on the rug, it wont get wet at all)

The rug is then hanged for it to be 100% dry and ready for delivery.
